The Direct Top-Up feature is currently unavailable with Nordea and Handelsbanken
Recommended action
If your transfer is affected, we recommend contacting your bank regarding the failed transfer, as they may be able to investigate and provide additional information
Please also contact Juni Support and provide details of the failed transfer or top-up. We may be able to recommend an alternative transfer method for urgent transfers
